She spent the last two decades as Chief Operating Officer at multi-state senior living organizations, leading through rapid growth, acquisitions, and one of the most demanding periods in modern business—the COVID-19 pandemic. Her perspective comes from carrying full operational responsibility, where decisions impact people, performance, and long-term viability at the same time.

She has led multi-site operations, aligned teams across markets, and worked directly with boards, investors, and executive teams to manage growth, risk, and change.
