How often do sessions take place?

Leaders typically engage in one of three ways: structured sessions over time, on-demand conversations when something needs to be worked through, or focused support during specific life moments like caring for an aging parent. Each option is designed to meet you where you are, without forcing a pace or format that doesn’t fit your life. Whether by phone or Zoom, it’s less about the medium—and more about having the right space to think clearly when it matters most.

Is everything truly confidential?

Yes. 100% of all coaching conversations and materials remain private.  No information is disclosed to boards, investors, or teams.  This confidentiality is foundational to achieving the level of candor and insight that high-performing leaders require.
